Πήραμε τον Μάρκο για φωτογραφίες και βίντεο του γάμου μας και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι! Μέσα σε μόλις 3 εβδομάδες είχαμε στα χέρια μας τις φωτογραφίες και περίπου σε 3 μήνες τα βίντεο. Από την αρχή η συμφωνία μας ήταν ξεκάθαρη: αποπληρωμή μετά τον γάμο και θα παραλαμβάναμε το υλικό στον χρόνο που αναφέρθηκε πιο πάνω. Ειλικρινά, είχαμε έναν μικρό φόβο στην αρχή — ειδικά γιατί ακούγαμε από άλλους στα Χανιά πως οι παραδόσεις μπορεί να καθυστερήσουν 9 μήνες και ίσως και παραπάνω. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, τον εμπιστευτήκαμε και χαρήκαμε πολύ που το κάναμε! Θέλαμε να θυμόμαστε τις στιγμές του γάμου όσο ήταν ακόμα “φρέσκιες”, κι όχι έναν χρόνο μετά. Το αποτέλεσμα; ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ! Οι φωτογραφίες υπέροχες και το βίντεο πραγματικά ζωντανό, χωρίς να είναι στημένο ή βαρετό. Κατά τη διάρκεια του γάμου, τα παιδιά ήταν τόσο διακριτικά που σχεδόν δεν καταλαβαίναμε ότι υπήρχαν γύρω μας — κι όμως κατέγραψαν τα πάντα! Κάτι που μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ ήταν και η πρόταση του Μάρκου να βάλουμε QR codes στα τραπέζια, ώστε οι καλεσμένοι μας να μπορούν να ανεβάσουν φωτογραφίες και βίντεο με ευχές και στιγμές από τη βραδιά. Ήταν μια πανέμορφη ιδέα που έκανε το άλμπουμ των αναμνήσεων μας ακόμα πιο ζωντανό και συμμετοχικό. Τον προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, τόσο για την επαγγελματικότητά του όσο και για την απίστευτα γρήγορη και ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση!

My fiancée enlisted Mark to help him with a surprise proposal for me, and it was absolutely incredible. He expertly chose a private beach location that added a special touch. I recently had the pleasure of working with Markos for my wedding, and overall, I was pretty satisfied with the experience. The photos turned out beautiful, capturing many special moments from the day. However, I did notice that some of the images felt a bit like 'nothing' photos and perhaps could have been edited down to provide a more streamlined collection. Before the big day, I created a detailed photo list of family members that we wanted to make sure we had pictures with. Unfortunately, it seems that this list wasn’t utilized, and as a result, we missed out on some important family photos. One major highlight was the quick turnaround; I received all the photos back in just 2 days, via link, which exceeded my expectations! The group editing made everything look cohesive and polished. Additionally, the wedding video was fantastic. It really captured the essence of the day and added a wonderful touch to our memories. We are now waiting for our USB to be sent in the post, this is a lovely addition to the service. Overall, I would recommend Mouratis for their quality and quick service, but I would suggest having a conversation about curating the collection to ensure it reflects the most important moments beautifully. An absolutely amazing experience from beginning communication regarding details, to shoot day for a wedding which involved an hour hike to us being sent the photos and drone video was complete perfection.
